Description
AN-E-PON-R is an EPON link amplifier developed by AD-net to benefit operators by extending their network link without any much additional hardware.AN-E-PON-R is compliant with IEEE802.3ah standard. It is compatible with any type of OLT/ONU available from other vendors in the market. The distance of the EPON system can be extended from the original 20Km to 50Km or even further. AN-E-PON-R can be used in coordination with the mainstream OLT/ONU in the market, so as to provide efficient and flexible long-distance EPON solutions.

Transparent protocol and multi-vendor compatibility helps it to be fully compatible with other mainstream OLT/ONU equipment in the market;

Flexible to use. It can be not only installed in front of the splitter to amplify the multi-channel EPON signals; but also be installed at the back of the splitter to extend the single-channel EPON signal to a maximum of 50 km;

AN-E-PON-R can effectively increase utilization of the OLT port, and improve the maximum split ratio from 1:32 to 1:64
